Seasonal dishes vary depending on the season and what is available, and include monkfish liver, tempura, simmered dishes, grilled dishes, etc.
We use the freshest fish to prepare four delicious dishes.
We will prepare 12 pieces of today's finest sushi.
The rice is made from specially grown rice from Ishikawa and seasoned with red vinegar, which goes perfectly with the fish.
The final dish is a hearty bowl of soup stock.
