We offer seven pieces of seasonal nigiri sushi.

The rice is made with specially cultivated rice from Ishikawa Prefecture and aged red vinegar, which brings out the flavor of the fish.

I hold each one with all my heart.

Be sure to try our special red vinegar pickled ginger and dashi eggs, which bring out the delicious flavor of the dashi stock.

To finish off, we serve a bowl of soup with dashi stock.
