For starters, please enjoy a refreshing appetizer centered around seasonal vegetables.
Seasonal dishes vary depending on the season and what is available, and include monkfish liver, tempura, simmered dishes, grilled dishes, etc.
We do our best to serve the freshest fish in a delicious way.
We offer seven pieces of nigiri sushi with carefully selected ingredients.
The rice is made from specially grown rice from Ishikawa and seasoned with red vinegar, which goes perfectly with the fish.
The final dish is a hearty bowl of soup stock.
