Chef's Choice Premium Sushi

To start, we will serve three refreshing appetizers centered around seasonal vegetables.

We offer delicious sushi made with carefully selected fresh fish, with the best preparation possible.

This is a course plan for those who want to eat a lot of sushi.

We will prepare 13 pieces of nigiri sushi made with today's carefully selected ingredients.

The rice is made with specially cultivated rice from Ishikawa Prefecture and aged red vinegar, which brings out the flavor of the fish.

I hold each one with all my heart.

Be sure to try our special red vinegar pickled ginger and dashi eggs, which bring out the delicious flavor of the dashi stock.

To finish off the meal, we serve seafood chawanmushi in a rich broth, followed by a bowl of soup with a rich broth.
